The present invention relates to a black fermented fruit wine prepared by compounding the black garlic, the black onions and the blackberries together, achieving the advantages of not only reserving the effectiveness of black onion, black garlic and blackberry but also further removing the pungent flavor of black garlic and black onion, thereby meeting the demand of consumers on more fruit wine functions.
