A composition of fining agents for improving the quality of wine during wine making  The invention relates to a composition of fining agents for accelerating fining of wine by settling of yeast cells, colloids and tannins to the bottom of the wine tank and enhancing quality of wine during wine making. The composition comprises Fishmaws powder at a concentration between 69% and 71%, malic acid between 28.4% and 29.4%, sodium metabisulfite between 0.5% and 1.5%, calcium alginate between 0.05% and 0.15% by weight of the composition. The ingredients are ground in dry form and mixed in a cone blender to produce the composition. The composition reduces time required for fining and improves the quality of wine by reducing the turbidity due to floating of yeast cell in less time. The composition also accelerates fining and increases the intensity of colour of the wine within a short time.
