25/09/2020: The Harnesstom project aims to develop better quality, more resistant and tastier tomatoes. It is a project coordinated by Antonio Granell, CSIC research professor at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Plants, and has a total budget of 8.07 million euros. It brings together 22 collaborating institutions from seven countries, including small and medium-sized enterprises, technology companies, crop companies, NGOs and farmers' associations, as well as various academic institutions.
