PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a tomato-containing food and drink product including deoxidized tomato juice and milk which is designed to prevent aggregation of milk-derived protein; and a method for manufacturing the tomato-containing food and drink product.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tomato-containing food and drink product is designed to prevent milk-derived protein in the food and drink product from being denatured and aggregated by increasing a pH of the tomato-containing food and drink product as a mixture of deoxidized tomato juice and milk than an isoelectric point of the milk. The food and drink product has a pH of 4.6 or more.
