The invention discloses a making method of natural tomato whole powder and application thereof in noodles. The natural tomato whole powder is prepared by wet mixing of tomatoes and flour, contains alledible parts of tomatoes, achieves full utilization of tomato raw materials, and does not contain any food additive. The natural tomato full powder prepared by the method accords with the concept ofa clean label, has no food waste, good thermal stability, difficult moisture absorption, stable color and luster, fine and uniform granularity, and has good solution dispersibility and dough affinity.According to the making method of the tomato full powder, a traditional juicer, a colloid mill, a homogenizer and a filter for processing are replaced by wet-process superfine crushing devices, the process is simple, and the material utilization rate is high; large-scale drying devices do not need to be selected, equipment investment is small, the process stability is good, the product yield is high, and the production cost is low.
