Difference sequence of tomato fruit all-flesh character, and molecular marker and method for authenticating tomato fruit all-flesh character

The invention discloses a difference sequence of a tomato fruit all-flesh character. The sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO:1. The invention further provides a method and molecular marker for authenticating the tomato fruit all-flesh character. The molecular marker comprises upstream primer shown in the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:2 and downstream primer shown in the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:3. The method for authenticating the tomato fruit all-flesh character includes the steps that (1) the genomic DNA of a tomato to be authenticated is used as a template, and the molecular marker is used for conducting PCR amplification; and (2) an amplified product is subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis detection, if the PCR amplified product of the tomato to be authenticated contains a DNA segment shown in the SEQ ID NO:1, it can be determined that the tomato to be authenticated is a juice tomato, otherwise, the tomato to be authenticated is an all-flesh tomato. The difference sequence, the molecular marker and the authentication method are used for conducting molecular mark auxiliary selection on the all-flesh character of a tomato fruit, the selecting efficiency can be improved, and the breeding process is accelerated; and sample authentication can be completed only through simple DNA extraction, PCR specific amplification and agarose gel electrophoresis detection.
