PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deacidified tomato juice that easily achieves a new tomato-containing beverage having a rich taste, a fruit tomato-like sweetness and suppressed acidity of tomato in good reproducibility and a method or the like for producing the same.SOLUTION: The deacidified tomato juice is obtained by blending a transparent tomato juice with calcium or its salt.
