According to the present invention, the spore suspension may contain the insect extract as an effective ingredient so as to increase the content of cordycepin of Allomyrina dichotoma cordyceps. In addition, according to the present invention, a method for preparing Allomyrina dichotoma cordyceps may use Allomyrina dichotoma so that fungi grow similar to a natural state to kill insects and generate cordyceps, and also may use the spore suspension to increase useful ingredients of cordyceps and establish optimal culture conditions, thereby preparing Allomyrina dichotoma cordyceps containing a high content of cordycepin.
