The invention relates to the technical field of edible blend oil, and in particular relates to vegetable blend oil rich in sea-buckthorn sterol and a blending method thereof. The blend oil comprises four edible vegetable oils, namely rapeseed oil, corn oil, olive oil and sea-buckthorn seed oil, and has 10 specific formulas. The blend oil disclosed by the invention is rich in sea-buckthorn oil containing sterol, so that the sterol intake of daily diet of consumers is increased; the ratio of linoleic acid to linolenic acid in the blend oil is 4:1; meanwhile, common edible vegetable blend oil onthe market is compared with the blend oil obtained by blending; the sterol content of the new blend oil obtained by blending is increased to 0.251-0.2884% under the condition that the ratio of monounsaturated fatty acid to polyunsaturated fatty acid is 1:1, so that the ratio requirement of fatty acid is met; and furthermore, the content of sterol is increased.
