The invention discloses tea seed oil with a blood pressure reducing effect. The tea seed oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 200 parts of tea seed kernels, 50 to 60 parts of tea seed oil, 30 to 50 parts of olive oil, 10 to 15 parts of rhizoma coptidis, 13 to 18 parts of radix scrophulariae, 5 to 10 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 3 to 8 parts of rhizoma cimicifugae, 3 to 8 parts of radix paeoniae rubra, 5 to 9 parts of fructus crataegi, 1 to 3 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae and 3 to 5 parts of radix gentianae. The tea seed oil is prepared bytaking the pure natural tea seed kernels as the raw materials, and belongs to green and healthy food; the tea seed oil contains specific physiological activators, namely tea polyphenol and camellia glycoside, which are not contained in the olive oil, so that the tea seed oil can effectively improve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, reduce cholesterol and fasting blood glucose and inhibit the rise of triglyceride, and also has an obvious effect of inhibiting cancer cells; meanwhile, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials are added, so that the tea seed oil has the effects of clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire for removing toxin, reducing blood pressure, strengthening heart, calming, dispelling wind and heat, clearing lung and moistening dryness, clearing liver and improving vision and purging liver and gallbladder fire; the tea seed oil is simple in preparation process, low in production cost and particularly mild in process conditions, and can fully retain original nutritional ingredients of the tea seed kernels; and the tea seed oil is high in oil yield, the obtained tea seed oil does not contain an organic solvent, various effective ingredients in the tea seed oil are not damaged, and the tea seed oil is higher in use value.
