The present invention discloses a preparation method of high-stability oil-water lubricated flexible balls. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a beta-CD solution and heating and stirring the beta CD solution until the beta CD solution is completely dissolved; S2, taking an emulsifier to completely emulsify olive oil, wherein in the completely emulsified olive oil,the mass of the emulsifier accounts for 10%-20% of the mass of the olive oil; and after the beta-CD solution is cooled, adding the beta-CD solution into the completely emulsified olive oil, wherein the mass ratio of beta-cyclodextrin to the olive oil in the beta-CD solution is 8:(1-5), and obtaining olive oil microcapsules areed through a stirring reaction; andS3, weighing a water-phase raw material and an oil-phase raw material. The invention present relates to the technical field of cosmetics. The high-stability oil-water lubricated flexible balls prepared by the technical scheme can help auser to beautify features and expand an application range of the olive oil in skin care products.
