The invention relates to the technical field of chemical production, and discloses a preparation method of D-phase emulsified emulsion. The preparation method of D-phase emulsified emulsion comprisesthe following steps: dispersing sodium surfactin and glycerol, uniformly mixing the sodium surfactin and the glycerol while heating to 75 DEG C, keeping the temperature stable, adding olive oil into the mixed solution after uniform mixing to form oleogel; and slowly adding squalane, jojoba oil and tocopherol into the oleogel in sequence while slowly stirring and cooling to 50 DEG C, keeping the temperature stable, and finally uniformly stirring the mixed solution. According to the preparation method of the D-phase emulsified emulsion, the whole process is simple to operate, and the process difficulty in production can be effectively reduced. The simpler and more convenient production method is used for production. D-phase emulsification method can achieve better quality and is implementedfor production under a strict environment, thereby ensuring the stability of the production process and the quality of the produced emulsion.
