This utility model relates to a plant-based cooking product that will find application in the field of food industry, and in particular for a plant product intended for both cooking and direct consumption, suitable for use by vegans, vegetarians and humans with allergies to soy and dairy ingredients. The plant-based cooking product created contains the following components in the respective weight percentages: sunflower oil from 18 to 22%, olive oil from 1 to 3%, guar gum from 1 to 3%, locust bean gum from 1 to 4%, maltodextrin from 3 to 7%, modified corn starch from 2 to 7%, common salt from 0.1 to 0.3%, rice protein from 1 to 6%, sunflower lecithin from 0.5 to 2.5%, flavours from 0.2 to 0.4%, colourants from 0.4 to 0.6% and water from 56 to 60%.
