Disclosed is a method of producing pesto sauce enriched with pepper elder (Peperomia pellucia). The method of producing pesto sauce enriched with pepper elder comprising the steps of cleaning the basil and pepper elder. Soaking the basil and pepper elder in coconut water. Draining the coconut water from the basil and pepper elder. Blending the drained basil and pepper elder together with the ingredients such as walnuts, cashew nuts, cooked garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, and salt in a food processor producing a mixture. Adding olive oil to the mixture. Transferring the mixture into a sealed food grade container, and refrigerating the mixture as ready to use pesto sauce
