Disclosed is a method of producing pesto sauce enriched with luffa (Luffa aegyptiaca Mill.) flower. The method of producing pesto sauce enriched with luffa flower comprising the steps of cleaning the basil and luffa flower. Soaking the basil and luffa flower in coconut water. Draining the coconut water from the basil and luffa flower. Blending the drained basil and luffa flower together with the ingredients such as walnuts, cashew nuts, cooked garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, and salt in a food processor producing a mixture. Adding olive oil to the mixture. Transferring the mixture into a sealed food grade container, and refrigerating the mixture as ready to use pesto sauce.
