The invention discloses a method for determining the specific migration quantity of an antioxidant in a polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene composite food contact material. Specifically, the invention relates to a method for simultaneously establishing high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and determining specific migration amounts of 16 antioxidants in a polyethyleneterephthalate/polyethylene composite food contact material. The 16 target compounds determined by the method have a good linear relationship in a corresponding range, the correlation coefficients areall greater than 0.995, the limit of quantitation of the water-based food simulant is 0.1-1.3 ng/mL, and the limit of quantitation of the olive oil food simulant is 0.3-3.0 micrograms/kg. And the average recovery rate is 81.0 to 112 percent and the relative standard deviation is 0.4 to 9.1 percent under the standard addition level of 2.0 to 20 micrograms/kg. The method is high in sensitivity andlow in quantification limit, and can meet the detection requirements of specific migration quantity of the antioxidant in the PET/PE composite food contact material.
