The invention relates to the field of beer brewing, and particularly discloses a beer prepared from yellow serofluid and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to solve the problem of insufficient utilization of yellow serofluid in the prior art, and provides a novel utilization method. The alcohol-free beer disclosed by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of yellow serofluid, 0.1-1 part of hops, 0.05-0.2 part of yeast, 0.0125-0.05 part of olive oil and 0.5-1 part of auxiliary materials, wherein the auxiliary materials comprise the following raw materials: sesame and/or peanuts. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the yellow serofluid is used as a raw material for beer fermentation, the yellow serofluid contains a large amount of oligosaccharide and can be used as a raw material for fermentation, so that the steps of saccharification and the like are avoided, and the process is further simplified; the possible fishy smell in bean product can be reduced by the ultrafiltration and the addition of auxiliary materials, and the taste of the finished product is improved.
