AbstractA Process For Preparation Of Roasted Almonds With Herbal Seasoning The present invention provides a process for preparation of roasted almonds with herbal seasoning. The almonds are heated in oven to remove excess moisture and are roasted with olive oil. The roasted almonds are seasoned with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sea salt, black pepper, mango powder, turmeric, dried green pepper, fenugreek, asafetida, caraway seeds, green cardamom or cinnamon, chickpea flour or corn flour or rice flour, olive oil, cayenne pepper and FDA approved citric acid for a balanced nutrition needed by human body. The healthy, roasted and gluten free almonds are sweet, crispy, salty, not greasy in tastes, free of any additives and are pure natural nutritional food.
