Provided are a voltage control circuit applicable to a frequency inversion device, and a frequency inversion device. The circuit comprises: a voltage output unit, which is used for outputting an alternating voltage; and a voltage conversion unit, which is used for converting the alternating voltage into a direct voltage, wherein the direct voltage is used for providing a required voltage for a target load in a frequency inversion device, the frequency inversion device is configured with a frequency inverter, and the frequency inverter comprises an alternating-current/direct current conversion unit and a direct-current/alternating-current conversion unit, the voltage conversion unit being the alternating-current/direct-current conversion unit. In the voltage control circuit applicable to a frequency inversion device and the frequency inversion device provided in the present application, an alternating voltage serving as a working condition voltage is outputted as a required voltage applicable to a load by means of an alternating-current/direct-current channel of a frequency inverter in the frequency inversion device, so as to convert the working condition voltage into a standard voltage, such that the same load can be applied to devices having different working condition voltages, thereby improving the standardization of products, and also improving the manufacturing efficiency of the products.
