Regions (3) to be removed are set in the filter layer. Boundaries (4) indicating the boundary position between the regions to be removed and the region not to be removed of the filter layer are formed on the sheet layer and/or the filter layer. By removing the regions to be removed at the positions indicated by the boundaries before attachment to an object, the filter structure can be attached to the object without portions that do not need to be affixed to the object or portions in which defects occur when affixed.
