The method includes an intelligent cloud lock provided with an NB-IOT module, an NB-IOT management platform and a house door lock client. The NB-IOT management platform and the house door lock client perform data interaction through the internet. A manager collects information of a tenant through an unlocking manner of the intelligent cloud lock, and inputs the unlocking mannerof the intelligent cloud lock into the house door lock client. The NB-IOT management cloud platform manages unlocking manners of the intelligent cloud lock. Through mounting the NB-IOT intelligent cloud lock in a rental house, and by utilizing a characteristic that connection of the NB-IOT intelligent cloud lock to a house network is not needed, safety of the intelligent cloud lock is ensured, and information of a tenant can be collected through the NB-IOT intelligent cloud lock and be managed in a centralized manner.
