The functional chicken feed having antioxidant efficacy is produced by culturing a Cordyceps strain using feed insects as a medium, drying and crushing the cultured Cordyceps, and then mixing them with Hericium erinaceus and Sparassis crispa to prepare a mixture. The mixture is then combined with grain feed, specifically by mixing 1 to 5 parts by weight of the mixture with 100 parts by weight of the grain feed. For the feed insects used herein, it is advantageous for protein production to use black soldier fly, cricket, or mealworm. Regarding the grain medium inoculated with Sparassis crispa mycelia and Hericium erinaceus mycelia, the mushrooms grow using the grain medium as a nutrient source, and the chicken feed is manufactured by mixing and crushing the mushrooms together with the grain medium on which they were grown.
