PROCESS OF PRODUCING VALUE-ADDED FISH PASTE (BAGOONG) WITH GROUND AND TOASTED COCONUT MEAT AS EXTENDER

The present utility model relates to the process of making value-added fish paste (bagoong) with ground and toasted coconut meat as extender. The process involves: preparing all ingredients; extracting coconut milk from grated coconut meat; mincing the ingredients; toasting of coconut meat; grinding of toasted coconut meat; measuring the ingredients; pouring of coconut milk in a cooking pan; stirring the pre-heated coconut milk; adding of all the ingredients in a pre-heated coconut milk; cooking until coconut oil comes; and packing of produced value-added fish paste (bagoong) with ground and toasted coconut meat. It is a good complement as sauce to boiled vegetables, unripe mangos and many more. This product can also be used as viand and or appetizer.
