METHOD FOR PRODUCING CLAM ACTIVE PEPTIDE

Disclosed is a method for preparing a clam active peptide. The method comprises: washing fresh clam meat with water, and adding water and homogenizing the mixture with colloids to prepare a clam pulp; adding water and a compound protease to the clam pulp for enzymolysis, and after enzymolysis, performing enzyme inactivation by means of heating; and centrifuging the mixture to collect an enzymatic hydrolysate, filtering same via a microfiltration-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration membrane, collecting the enzymatic hydrolysate with a molecular weight below 2 KDa, and drying same to obtain a clam active peptide. The active peptide has an ACE inhibitory activity.
