Female Sea Hare Shells/Flaps with Coconut Milk

This utility model offers a healthy and affordable alternative to meat as viand or source of food. This utility model further discloses it use of the female sea hare shells/flaps which are just discarded and made to rot after its edible contents are removed. Moreover, the female sea hare is prepared by boiling it to soften, after which it is being sliced and cooked with coconut milk with the usual ingredients such as ginger, bell pepper, spring onion, salt, monosodium glutamate and aromatic ingredient such as herbabuena / sangig.
