This utility model relates in general to a seasoned powdered scallop but more particularly to a powdered scallop with powdered taro corms. The increasing rate of population and the growing rate of malnutrition in the world necessitates the needed interventions for sustainable food supply. There are many available food sources which are unexploited. Scallops meat and taro corms are among these food sources. The process involved the pulverizing of the scallop meat and taro corm for instant use soup that requires only adding seasoning and hot water.
