Method for preparing gamma-aminobutyric acid-enriched germinated polypeptide powder

The invention discloses a method for preparing gamma-aminobutyric acid-enriched germinated polypeptide powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) subjecting Chinese hemp seeds and husked rice to husk and impurity removal, and then, carrying out germination treatment; (2) husking and degreasing germinated Chinese hemp seeds and germinated husked rice, and then, carrying out screening forlater use; (3) mixing the germinated Chinese hemp seeds and germinated husked rice screened in the step (2); (4) crushing and baking the raw-material mixture obtained in the step (3); (5) adding an enzyme preparation into the baked raw-material mixture; (6) loading a pretreated multienzyme-mixed sample obtained in the step (5) into an extraction pot, and carrying out zymolysis in a supercriticalCO2 state; and (7) subjecting the zymolysis solution obtained in the step (6) to vacuum suction filtration, filtrate collecting and vacuum freeze drying, thereby obtaining a gamma-aminobutyric acid peptide. According to the method, the disadvantages that the loss of gamma-aminobutyric acid caused by heating is high, and hydrolyzed polypeptide is low in extraction rate and long in extraction time are overcome, and a novel method is provided for preparation of the peptide.
