A low-temperature-resistant high-flexibility special cable is structurally characterized in that a plurality of wire cores and hemp ropes are stranded around an axis L to form a cable core, and the stranding pitch diameter ratio is 12-20 times; a halogen-free belt layer and an outer sheath wrap the cable core in sequence; a hemp rope is arranged between every two adjacent wire cores; the hemp ropeis formed by twisting multiple strands of hemp threads, and the outer diameter of the hemp rope ranges from 1.6 mm to 6.0 mm. Each wire core is composed of a conductor wrapped with an insulating layer. The conductor is a type 5 flex-resistant copper conductor which meets the IEC60228 requirement; the insulating layer is made of a tensile silicone rubber insulating material, and the nominal thickness range is 1.0-1.3 mm; the outer sheath is made of a polyurethane sheath material, and the nominal thickness of the outer sheath ranges from 1.8 mm to 2.2 mm. The cable is rounded, has good tensileproperty, low-temperature resistance, oil resistance and wear resistance, and also has the characteristics of excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high flexibility and the like.
