The invention discloses gluten-free, high-fiber low-fat crispy chips, and the gluten-free, high-fiber low-fat crispy chips are a non-fried food not containing gluten protein. The gluten-free, high-fiber low-fat crispy chips consist of egg white powder, erythritol, water, medium-chain triglyceride, hemp seed powder, edible salt, psyllium seed husk powder, inulin, resistant dextrin, almond powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, spirulina powder, chia seeds and flaxseeds. The crispy chips have the advantages of being free of gluten, high in fiber, low in fat, tasting crispy, and the like.
