The invention discloses a cannabinoid carbon dioxide supercritical extraction method for industrial cannabis sativa, which comprises the following steps: pulverizing selected industrial hemp plants, baking, mixing with an entrainer, and carrying out carbon dioxide supercritical extraction to obtain an extract; wherein the carbon dioxide supercritical extraction conditions are as follows: extraction is performed at the temperature of 30-55 DEG C and the pressure of 20-40 Mpa; wherein the entrainer is heptane and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1: 1-1: 5, and the addition volume of the entrainer accounts for 1%-5% of the total weight of the industrial hemp floral leaf powder. During supercritical extraction, heptane and ethanol which are mixed in a volume ratio of 1: 1-1: 5 are added as the entrainer, so that the solubility and selectivity of a solvent to cannabinoid in the production process are improved, the production efficiency in the production process is improved, the quality of the cannabinoid extract is improved, and the method is suitable for industrial production.
