The base can naturally keep moisture for a bee colony and can be ventilated from the bottom of the beebox and nest door holes in four directions. The base comprises a lower base board and an upper base board, wherein the lower base board is provided with Z-shaped steps, a moisturizing hole, ventilating holes and base foot installation holes, and the upper base board which is provided with corresponding holes is fixed to the lower base board; a bee isolation nest, an annular ventilating hole open-close board and an adjustable nest door component are arranged above the upper base board; base feet, base foot boxes, inner moisturizing covers, outer moisturizing covers and a water containing box are arranged below the lower base board. In using, an arc magnetic nest door stop is inserted, and an inner nest box and an outer beebox cover are put. The base overcomes the deficiencies that the function of an existing beebox cannot be adjusted along with the temperature change rule all the year round and accords with demands of natural apiculture. The base can prevent the beebox from being exposed to the sun and rain and invasion of robber bees, has the advantages of rapid adjusting, closing and switching the nest door holes, naturally keeps warm, naturally keeps wet and cools and prevents the invasion of bee enemies.
