It has being technologically challenging to invent a tool that helps the visually impaired, the tool should insure the measures of safety, reliability, quality, and cost effective. We looked at the core issues that face the visually impaired, considering all the parameters by careful study of the problems, where there is a need for integrated solution. According to the tested case the cane is effective in solving the major problems that face the sight impaired people, in addition the consideration of its low environmental impacts and affordability.
