The invention discloses a technology for comprehensively extracting effective components from royal jelly. The technology comprises the following steps of adding the royal jelly to pure water in the weight ratio of the royal jelly to the pure water being 1 to (4-10), performing uniform mixing, performing leaching, performing centrifugal separation to obtain supernatant, filtering the obtained supernatant through filtration mediums of 200-300 meshes, and collecting royal jelly filter cakes; adding trypsin enzymolysis liquid, blueberry juice and physiological saline to the royal jelly, and performing enzymolysis under the condition of 35-40 DEG C for 70-80min; boiling over the royal jelly liquid after enzymolysis in boiling water of 100 DEG C for 4-5min, and rapidly reducing the temperatureto 3-5 DEG C; and uniformly mixing deionized water with the royal jelly liquid, performing centrifuging to obtain royal jelly supernatant, filtering the royal jelly liquid with an ultra filtration membrane, and performing freeze drying to obtain royal jelly effective components. Through the adoption of the technology disclosed by the invention, the problems that at present, an extraction technology for the effective components contained in the royal jelly is not mature, and the effective components contained in the royal jelly cannot be sufficiently used, are solved.
