The royal jelly production frame comprises an outer frame and a hard comb foundation; the hard comb foundation is vertically installed in the outer frame, and formed by splicing multiple comb foundation strips; and the angles of the comb foundation strips are adjustable.The invention further relates to a method for producing royal jelly without transferring larva. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, dividing a honeycomb into a nest box and a relay box by using a queen exclusion plate before royal jelly is produced; S2, installing the hard comb foundation in the outer frame of the royal jelly production frame, and smearing beewax on the hard comb foundation; S3, putting the royal jelly production frame into the nest box, and obtaining larvae of the right age after queen bees lay eggs; S4, taking out the royal jelly production frame, dividing thehard comb foundation into independent comb foundation strips, adjusting the comb foundation strips to enable the faces, with larvae, of the comb foundation strips to face downwards, and placing the royal jelly production frame into the relay box; S5, taking out the royal jelly production frame, scraping off redundant beewax, rotating the comb foundation strips, clamping out queen bee larvae, and taking out royal jelly; and S6, sealing and storing the royal jelly. The method in the invention has the effects of high royal jelly yield and high production efficiency.
