The invention relates to a royal jelly product preparation and storage method. The royal jelly product preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) royal jelly producing frame production, wherein each royal jelly producing frame is made of a plurality of division bars, and one stylobate is produced every 1-2 cm on each division bar, wherein 60-80 stylobates are arranged on each royal jelly producing frame; (2) larva transplantation, wherein each stylobate is internally coated with a layer of royal jelly, bee larvae are transplanted into the stylobates, and 4-5 royal jelly producing frames are placed into each beehive side by side; (3) royal jelly preparation, wherein bees in the beehives secret beewax to heighten the stylobates so that queen cells can be formed while pouring royal jelly into the stylobates, and after 60-72 h, the royal jelly producing frames are taken out of the beehives; (4) royal jelly collecting, wherein when the royal jelly accounts for 3/4-4/5 of the size of each queen cell, the bee larvae are moved out or not, and the queen cells are detached from the royal jelly producing frames to obtain royal jelly products. Ripe honey is poured into the queen cells of the royal jelly products, and the queen cells are sealed; the sealed queen cells are soaked into rape honey for storage. The royal jelly products have the advantages of being high in activity and convenient to store.
