The invention relates to the technical field of processing of bee products, and discloses a royal jelly composition. The royal jelly composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:85-95 parts of royal jelly, 2-5 parts of fructus momordicae sugar, 1-1.5 parts of water-soluble chitosan, 2-4 parts of glycerine, 1-3 parts of ammonium phosphatide, 0.5-2 parts of acetylated distarchphosphate and 1-10 parts of bee pollen. The royal jelly composition disclosed by the invention has the following advantages and effects that the fructus momordicae sugar, the water-soluble chitosan, the glycerine, the ammonium phosphatide and the acetylated distarch phosphate are added to the royal jelly composition, so that the stability of effective components such as royal jelly acid, water-soluble protein, amino acids and enzymes in the royal jelly composition can be effectively increased, the storage time of the royal jelly composition is prolonged, the quality of the royal jelly in the course of gathering, transporting, storing and processing the royal jelly and in the course of storing and eating the royal jelly by consumers is convenient to guarantee, and proper nutrient, health-care and medical care effects of the royal jelly are exerted.
