The device comprises a stirring barrel for stirring the royal jelly, a plurality of supporting columns for supporting the stirring barrel and a material inlet for conveying the royal jelly to enter the stirring barrel; and a plurality of stirring rods for stirring the royal jelly and a plurality of pressing plates for pressing the royal jelly downwards are arranged in the stirring barrel, the bottom of the stirring barrel is provided with a driving member for driving the stirring rodsto rotate, a material conveying pipeline for conveying the royal jelly and a plurality of material filling boxes for holding the stirred royal jelly, and the bottom of each material filling box is provided with a supporting plate for supporting the material filling box. Through the above structure provided by the invention, the royal jelly can be automatically stirred through the stirring rods, after the royal jelly is stirred, external discharge of the royal jelly can be realized by the pressing plates, the royal jelly can be completely discharged out from the stirring barrel through pressing to avoid residues of the royal jelly in the stirring barrel, and high efficiency and thoroughness of discharge of the royal jelly are ensured.
