The beekeeping method using the Taxus chinensis as the propolis plant includes: selecting a Taxus chinensis forest zone in a beekeeping base where other honey plants exist as a propolis plant zone; selecting a bee swarm from Apis mellifera or Caucasian bees, large in propolis yield; selecting Langstroth 10-frame hives and nonmetal propolis collectors; adopting a beekeeping method mainly producing high quality propolis in the Taxus chinensis forest zone; collecting the propolis at suitable time and processing crude propolis. The beekeeping method using the Taxus chinensis as the propolis plant has the significance of placing quality of the propolis on the first place of beekeeping products, combines the propolis which is named as 'purple gold' with the Taxus chinensis which is named as 'plant gold', and products the high quality propolis on the premise of restricting the special propolis plant as the Taxus chinensis.
