Honey pollen soft sweet and preparation process thereof

The invention discloses a honey pollen soft sweet and a preparation process thereof. According to the invention, honey (with water content of 20%), bee pollen and agar are used as raw materials. The preparation process comprises the following steps: dissolving agar with water and then uniformly mixing dissolved agar with honey and bee pollen; carrying out vacuum concentration at a temperature of 50 to 55 DEG C until water content is 20 to 23%; and carrying out stripping and slicing and packaging and then carrying out drying in a drying box with a temperature of 40 DEG C until water content is 12 to 15%. The process has low processing temperature and does not destroy original active components in honey and bee pollen. The honey pollen soft sweet is capable of adjusting immunity, fostering beauty, removing spots, moistening the intestines, relaxing bowel and the like, overcomes the disadvantage that a traditional honey can only be drunk through brewing, and has the characteristics of convenience in carrying and eating, etc.
