Passive Cooling Material (PCM) (104) reduces the temperature of ambient of the building structure. Passive Cooling Material (PCM) (104) includes a cooling plaster render (106); a cooling mortal base (108); and a cooling skim coat (110). Cooling plaster render (106) utilizes passive radiative cooling technology to reflect the sunlight. The cooling mortal base (108) is a wall base plastering on the bricks or blocks, acts as a heat radiant barrier to keep the heat from going in the room.
