The invention discloses a method for detecting the influence of exogenous substances on bees before the bees grow into the adult bees. The method includes the following steps that firstly, a swarm formed by a queen bee, the multiple worker bees and drones and a new brood comb is sealed into a fixed space, after the queen bee lays eggs on the brood comb for 24 hours, the queen bee is prevented from continuously laying eggs on the brood comb, but the worker bees are not limited from feeding bee broods, and the exogenous substances to be measured is added to a food source for the worker bees to collect and feed the bee broods; secondly, the breeding conditions of the brood comb are recorded through timing shooting, and the influence of the exogenous substances to be detected on the bees from the egg stage to the stage before the bees grow into the adult bees is quantized by counting development indexes. The method has the following advantages that the method is high in operability and easy and convenient to operate, additive amount and time of the exogenous substances can be controlled, the development node time of the bees is correctly selected, high comparability is possessed, and the damage of the exogenous substances to the bees at the stage can be well and objectively evaluated.
