The scheme discloses a queen bee introduction hybridization cultivation method in the technical field of bee cultivation. The method includes the following steps: step I. selecting Apis cerana abanisis with superior stress resistance, cold resistance, collection power and reproduction capacity as introduction objects, and introducing the queen of the Apis cerana abanisis which is fertilized by drones of the Apis cerana abanisis and is to be produced or laid eggs; step II. placing eggs produced by the queen of the Apis cerana abanisis into a beehive to hatch for 4-5 days to form larvae, manufacturing a queen table by beeswax, placing the larvae into the queen table, and placing the queen table into an Apis cerana beehive to culture; step III. placing the eggs produced by the queen of the Apis cerana in a beehive to hatch for 4-5 days to form Apis cerana larvae, then manufacturing a queen table by using beeswax, placing the Apis cerana larvae in the queen table, and placing the queen table in the Apis cerana abanisis beehive to culture; and step V. introducing the female queen of the second-generation Apis cerana abanisis to mate with the male of the second-generation Apis cerana andlaying eggs to cultivate hybrid bee. The bee variety cultivate by adopting the method not only has strong cold resistance and immunity, but also has high honey yield.
