The invention provides an organic Camellia oleifera orchard comprehensive efficient culture method. The technical core is as follows: (1) bead tree seedlings are cultured in the Camellia oleifera orchard at intervals according to a Camellia oleifera tree/bead tree ratio of (7-8):1, thereby realizing mutualism of the Camellia oleifera trees and the bead trees; (2) leguminous green manure crops are interplanted under the trees in the Camellia oleifera orchard, and the green manure is applied to the Camellia oleifera orchard in a furrow application manner or is prepared into an organic fertilizer through composting; and (3) at a full-bloom stage, Apis cerana is bred in the Camellia oleifera orchard, the Apis cerana is irritated to gather honey, and meanwhile, the Camellia oleifera trees are naturally pollinated in the honey gathering process of the Apis cerana. According to the invention, the bead trees are coordinately cultured to reduce disease and pest damage to the Camellia oleifera and avoid application of chemical pesticide; the leguminous green manure crops are interplanted in the Camellia oleifera orchard, so that the soil fertility is improved by the green manure, thereby avoiding application of a chemical fertilizer at the same time; the Apis cerana is bred at the full-bloom stage, so that 400-500 kilograms of honey can be additionally produced per 100 mu of Camellia oleifera orchard, thereby increasing the economic benefit; and meanwhile, the pollination rate and the fruit setting rate of the Camellia oleifera trees are improved, thereby increasing the yield of Camellia oleifera fruit seeds.
