The invention relates to a method for identifying sacbrood resistance traits of a bee colony by using an SNP marker KZ288479.1_95621, and the method comprises the following steps: individual samplingof Apis cerana cerana larvae, DNA extraction of Apis cerana cerana larva samples, primer synthesis, PCR detection and identification of the sacbrood resistance traits of Apis cerana cerana. The sacbrood resistance traits of Apis cerana cerana are identified according to the fact that whether there is obvious difference between the frequency of the C gene (PC(subscript) ) and the frequency of the Tgene (PT(subscript)) of the SNP marker KZ288479.1_95621 of worker bee larva individuals randomly collected from the bee colony. From the molecular level, the invention provides the SNP (KZ288479.1_95621) marker related to the sacbrood resistance of the worker bee larvae of the Apis cerana cerana, so that the sacbrood resistance traits of the Apis cerana cerana colony can be scientifically, accurately and quickly identified, the breeding period of the sacbrood-resistant Apis cerana cerana can be greatly shortened, and the bee breeding speed is accelerated.
