The disease-and-pest preventive breeding method includes the specific steps of bee farm site selection, beehive preparation, breeding of the apis cerana, disease-and-pest prevention and treatment and honey collection. The disease-and-pest preventive breeding method has the advantages that different honey sourcesare used for breeding in different seasons, and the quality of honey is effectively improved; in the breeding process of the apis cerana in the larval phase, worker bees and young bees are bred separately, and accordingly, the survival rate of the young bees is effectively increased; the survival rate of bees in later period is further increased. A bee farm is arranged near to a honey source location, migration of the apis cerana in the breeding process is avoided, and the method is quite suitable for needs of breeding enterprises for wild apis cerana.
