The invention discloses a detection method for the types of csd alleles in the apis cerana cerana Fabricius population, belonging to the technical fields of honeybee breeding and breed conservation. The detection method comprises the following steps: step a, collecting worker bees with preset number from the pis cerana cerana Fabricius population as samples; step b, extracting the DNA of each collected sample bee; step c, by taking the DNAs extracted in the step b as templates, carrying out PCR amplification by utilizing primer pairs with fluorescent markers to obtain amplification products; and step d, detecting the sizes of the amplification products, and judging the types of the csd alleles in the apis cerana cerana Fabricius population according to the sizes of the amplification products. The detection method is easy to operate, and can be used for rapidly and accurately detecting the types of the csd alleles in one apis cerana cerana Fabricius population, so that guidance is provided for the selection of the population in the work of breed conservation and breeding of the apis cerana cerana Fabricius.
