The invention discloses an apis cerana queen breeding method and belongs to bee queen breeding methods. By means of the apis cerana queen breeding method, a bred queen can be large in size, strong, meek in temperament and high in egg production capacity. Bowl-shaped queen cells made of bee wax are fixed to a honeycomb frame, and a queen breeding frame is obtained; the queen breeding frame is put in a queen breeding apis cerana swarm, and worker bees are made to clean the queen cells; the inner walls of the queen cells are brushed with fresh bee milk, eggs of other apis cerana swarms are implanted into the queen cells, and the queen breeding frame is coated with apis mellifera honey in a dipping mode and then put back to the queen breeding apis cerana swarm; the queen breeding frame is taken out and put into an apis mellifera swarm for nursing for 12 hours, then the queen breeding frame is taken out and put back to the queen breeding apis cerana swarm again for breeding for 5-7 days, and a mature queen embryo is obtained; a virgin queen can be hatched on the 9th or 10th day. The queen bred through the method is large in size, strong, high in disease resistance and high in egg production capacity, the bee swarm is meek in temperament, and the bee robbing or honey stealing phenomenon can be avoided even bee swarms are away by 10 cm, and the apis cerana queen breeding method is used for breeding apis cerana.
