A learning method input section inputs a learning method. A learning condition selection section selects a set of predetermined data and learning method. A learning section executes learning using at least one of data or learning method selected by the learning condition selection section. A adoption determination section determines whether or not to adopt a learning result output by the learning section. An inference input section inputs an inference method. A model management section combines an adopted result and an inference method and sets a model version, and prepares one or more model versions for each task managing the same.
